Panel coverage = panel length x exposed face height; panels = purchase area / panel coverage
- Panel exposure is entered as inches or centimeters because it is usually smaller than panel length.
- Base panels and waste panels are shown separately.
- Cartons round up after total panels are calculated.

- 2Multiply panel length by exposed height for panel coverage.
- 3Apply waste to net area.
- 4Divide by panel coverage and round panels and cartons up.
Total panels: 23, or 2 cartons when each carton contains 22 panels.
